Child Safety Standards

Aimray Business strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse, exploitation and endangerment.

Last updated:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number right away. In India you can also report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930; in the US, report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

1. Zero-tolerance policy against CSAE

Aimray has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), meaning any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. This material is illegal, and its presence on our platform results in immediate and permanent action.

Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

  • Grooming: any predatory behaviour toward a minor, including attempts to initiate inappropriate contact or sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion: threatening messages or blackmail intended to obtain intimate images of a minor.
  • Child trafficking: any content or activity promoting or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Sexualisation of minors: any content that sexually depicts a minor or presents them in an inappropriate sexual context.

2. Age restrictions & account management

2.1 Minimum age

Aimray Business is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2.2 Age enforcement

  • User confirmation: by creating an account, users confirm they meet the minimum age.
  • Suspension: if we have reason to believe a user is under the minimum age, we will immediately and permanently suspend the account.
  • Reporting underage users: we encourage everyone to report any user they believe is under the minimum age (see section 3).

3. How to report a concern

You can report suspected child exploitation, inappropriate contact with a minor, an underage user or any other safety concern:

  • Block the user immediately from their chat or profile in the App.
  • Report to our safety team using the report form (choose "Report abuse / child safety") or by email to info@aimguru.com.
  • Include the user's name and phone number as shown in the App, the date and time, and a description of what happened.
  • Do not forward, download or attach suspected CSAM, even to report it. Describe it and where you saw it; we will take it from there.

4. Moderation, review & enforcement

4.1 Review

All reports concerning child safety are prioritised, investigated and actioned within 24 hours by our safety team. We use user reports, review by trained staff and, where available, automated tools to find and remove content that breaks this policy.

4.2 Enforcement actions

Confirmed violations result in swift and comprehensive action:

  • Content removal: violating content is removed from the platform immediately.
  • Permanent account ban: the violating user's account is permanently banned from Aimray.
  • Data preservation: relevant data is preserved to cooperate with law enforcement.
  • Mandatory reporting: we report confirmed CSAM and attempts at CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, including Indian authorities under the POCSO Act and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local equivalents.

5. Cooperation with law enforcement

Aimray is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies globally. We respond promptly to valid legal requests related to child safety investigations and proactively report illegal activity. Law enforcement can contact us at info@aimguru.com.

6. Child safety point of contact

Aimray maintains a designated point of contact for urgent child safety concerns, including communication with Google Play, the Apple App Store, NCMEC and other relevant authorities.

7. Children's privacy

For any user confirmed to be a minor, we follow applicable child privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, we delete their account and information immediately. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Compliance

These standards are part of our Terms of Use and comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and applicable laws. We review and update them regularly.
