The Aimray team will contact you from time to time to apprise you on various features and functionalities of the app. They will contact you for either "Service" or "Sales" through a variety of mediums like Email, SMS, MMS, Voice IVR, USSD, WAP messages, Telephonic Calls etc. The calls made to you will be from a regular Mobile or Landline number which is not of the "140" or "180" series.

• Timely Review: All reports concerning child safety will be prioritized, investigated, and actioned by our dedicated safety team within 24 hours.

4.3 Enforcement Actions

Confirmed violations of this Child Safety Standards Policy will result in swift and comprehensive action:

• Permanent Account Suspension: The violating user's account will be permanently banned from the Aimray App platform.
• Data Preservation: Relevant data will be preserved for cooperation with law enforcement.
• Mandatory Reporting: We are legally and ethically obligated to report confirmed cases of CSAM or attempts at CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local equivalents.

Aimray App is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies globally. We will respond promptly to valid legal requests for information related to child safety investigations and will not hesitate to proactively report illegal activity.

Aimray App maintains a designated point of contact for urgent child safety concerns, particularly for communication with Google Play, Apple App Store, NCMEC, and other relevant authorities.

7. Privacy and Data Collection (Children's Privacy)
